Protocol Overview

This clinical trial aim at evaluating the efficacy of New Medication at achieving better control of Blood Pressure, in addition to evidence-based standard of care aiming at prevention of cardiovascular events.

Key Inclusion Criteria

  1. Male or Female age 40 years or older.
  2. History or high risk of Cardiovascular disease. (e.g., Heart Attack Hypertension, Stroke, Heart Failure).
  3. Treated hypertension on stable therapy with 2 to 4 antihypertensive medications.
  4. Seated automated mean office Systolic Blood Pressure ≥140 mmHg
