Who can participate in the ongoing kidney clinical trials?

Our practice provides Clinical trials in addition to standard of care treatment for variety of conditions effecting Kidney Functions including Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKD), Hypertension, glomerulonephritis, Heart Failure, and genetic diseases such as polycystic kidney disease, IgA Nephropathy, Membranous Nephropathy, FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis Alport’s syndrome. The purpose of a clinical trial protocol is to provide the opportunity for added investigational medication, in addition to standard-of-care therapy, with the aim of stabilizing and/or delaying the progression of kidney disease, in order to forestall and/or delay the need for dialysis therapy.

No. Participation in our clinical trials is completely free. All protocol-related procedures, tests, and medications will be provided at no cost to you. Eligible participants will also be compensated for each protocol visit, and free transportation will be provided.

When you contact our team, you will be provided with full details of the clinical trial protocol. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll go through a series of scheduled visits that include health evaluations, lab testing, and progress monitoring. The process is overseen by highly experienced Physicians who are University-affiliated & Board Certified Nephrologists.
